Bart Red thai curry paste
Mix together the juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp sunflower oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cumin.Add 750g diced pork, mix well and chill for 1 hour. In a pan, heat together 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 carton coconut cream, 6 tsp red thai curry paste, 1 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp soft brown sugar.
