Balti indian curry
Whilst it's perfect for Lamb, it's alo delicious with Chicken.
Lamb Balti recipe:
Fry 350g of diced lamb for 3 minutes
Add the sauce and simmer until lamb is cooked
Serve with rice, naans and mango chutney.
