Betty Crocker's mix to bake a devil's food cake or 24 chocolate cupcakes
Preparation time 10 mins, baking time 23-28 minutes.
You will need only 3 eggs, water and oil.
Net weight 425g.
- Fire up your oven to 180°C (160 °C for fan assisted ovens)
- Mix the eggs, 230 ml water, eggs and 120 ml vegetable oil in a medium bowl.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 23-28 minutes for the cake or for 18-22 minutes for the cupcakes. Cool for 5 minutes then remove from tin.
Chocolate icing not included.
Cupcake mix : Sugar, wheat flour, fat reduced cocoa powder, (6%), raising agents, dextrose, palm fat,salt, emulsifier, modified corn starch, corn starch, salt, stabiliser (xantham gum), flavouring.
