Dean's single malt whisky fruit cake
This traditional rich fruit cake is hand-baked in small batches and steeped in Tomatin single malt Scotch whisky.

Ingredients : dried mixed fruit (36%) (sultanas, raisins, currants), wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacine, thiamine), salted utter (butter milk) salt), brown sugar, whole egg, tomatin single malt whisky (8%), prunes (4%) (diced prunes, rice flour), glace cherries (3%) (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, natural colouring (purple carrot, elderberry juice), acicidty regulator (E330), preservative (E220), honey, orange oil, mixed spice.
