Mild curry paste
Mild chicken curry cooking instructions for 2 :
Gently cook 1 onion in 2 tbsp oil with lid on for 10 minutes until golden.
Stir in 1/4 jar of Paste, fry for 3 mn
Add 250g diced chicken breast and fry until sealed.
Add 100g canned chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes to reduce.
Add 50 ml water, simmer gently for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked, stir in 100ml cream.
Equally delicious with beef, lamb, fish or vegetables.
Free from artificial colours or flavours.
Suitable for vegetarians.
May contain traces of peanut or tree nuts.
