Patak's Tandoori marinade indian curry
Recipe for 4 people for marinated Tandoori chicken :
Mix together a 1/4 jar of Patak's Tandoori Spice marinade and 70 g natural yogurt.
Add 500g large diced chicken pieces to the paste and yogurt mixture
Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours, or for best results, leave overnight to develop a full flavour.
Grill under a preheated hot grill for approximately 15 minutes turning occasionnally until the chicken is completely cooked through.
Free from artificial colours or flavours.
Suitable for vegetarians.
