Patak's Mild Tikka marinade indian meal
Recipe for 4 people
Mix together a 1/4 jar of Patak's spice marinade and 70g natural yogurt.
Add 500g large diced chicken pieces to the paste and yogurt mixture.
Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours, or for best results, leave overnight to develop a fuller flavour.
Grill under a preheated hot grill for approximately 15 minutes turning occasionally until the chicken is completely cooked through.
Free from artificial colours or flavours.
Suitable for vegetarians.
